 Produce a show with us!
We make it easy to produce a show. MetroCast Community Access users produce a variety of shows covering various topics of interest throughout New London and Windham counties in Connecticut. So come on in and check us out! Be the star you know you should be.
MetroCast Community Access conducts ongoing training classes to educate residents in MetroCast franchise areas on the use of production equipment. These classes are one-on-one with our staff. This personal class format allows us to tailor the course to meet your needs.
MetroCast Community Access has two editing suits, Linear, and non-linear. We begin your training on our linear system. Each course is done in two 45 minute sessions. Students will leave the course with basic knowledge of MetroCast Access rules and regulations and minimal efficiency with MetroCast production equipment. New users can then borrow production equipment for use in creating a MetroCast Community Access program. We also offer advanced editing lessons on our Non-Linear system.
If you would like to sponsor a program that has been produced at another access facility and you live within our franchise area, you may apply to do so.
